Georgia Government Transparency & Campaign Finance Commission

Formerly known as the State Ethics Commission, the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission collects campaign contribution disclosure reports, personal financial disclosure reports and lobbyist disclosure reports. The Commission serves candidates and elected officials for state and local governments, advises and educates the public on aspects of the Campaign Finance Act, and investigates potential campaign finance violations.
