GCDD

Georgia Council On Developmental Disabilities

Through policy initiatives, public awareness, advocacy programs and community building, the Georgia Council On Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) promotes and creates opportunities to enable persons with disabilities to live, work, play and worship as an integral part of society. While GCDD--a federally funded, independent state agency--does not provide direct services, we often act as a convener for public and private organizations, individuals, family members and supporters to develop coordinated public policy and bring about social change.
